IntegraSeal - The Technology
IntegraSeal penetrates the surface and adheres to the dust and soil particles using an actions similar to capillary action. The binding agents follow the water and as the water evaporates and flashes, the binder agents provide cohesion to the soil and the dust particles, preventing fugitive dust and erosion. IntegraSeal is sold in a concentrated form that is diluted with water prior to application. IntegraSoil is best applied with a spray arm attached to a tanker truck to ensure a consistent application of the product, however, IntegraSeal may also be applied by hand, plane or helicopter.

Usage Guidelines
IntegraSeal is sold in a concentrated form that is diluted with water prior to application. Water dilution ratios can vary depending on the application, but typical dilution is about 1 part IntegraSeal to 1 part water. Factors that can affect the dilution ratios are soil type, traffic flow and other environmental factors. Our engineers can recommend the appropriate concentration given your specific project. IntegraBase is best applied with a spray arm attached to a tanker truck to ensure a consistent application of the product.
When applied to a gravel road, it is typically recommended that the road first be scarified, and the loose gravel should be well graded. One application normally lasts an entire season, resulting in reduced bladings and decreased aggregate loss.
