Leading the way since 1999, Resperion
is a global pioneer in the creation and development
of innovative technologies and solutions for the road
construction industry. Resperion manufactures the only
asphalt modifier which so dramatically increases the
structural capacity of asphalt that it is possible to
reduce the thickness of base and binder courses and
lower initial construction costs. Resperion also manufactures
a line of environmentally-friendly soil stabilizers
and dust control products, providing for a cost-effective
paving alternative.
We understand that ever increasing performance requirements,
energy optimization factors, and safety concerns, along
with sustainable life-cycle needs, are creating new
challenges and increased complexity for the road construction
industry.
Resperion, through our products, market knowledge,
and extensive chemistry know-how, is a company that
can help. We enable governmental agencies and private
organizations to quickly and cost-effectively react
to these market demands by bridging the gaps between
traditional road construction methods and today’s
performance needs.
Through leveraging our innovative road construction
products and expertise, these groups can save valuable
time and money with their various construction projects.
We also understand that regional and local factors
such as raw materials, construction standards, climate,
etc. are critical drivers in the construction marketplace,
and have designed our products to meet the global
needs of our customers.
Resperion, via our vast global sales presence, truly
represents a company that can deliver locally the
global expertise and quality that people expect this
day in age.
Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Resperion is
led by an experienced management and engineering team
focused on delivering numerous solutions for road
designers to build stronger, cost effective, longer
lasting roads at a fraction of the cost of traditional
materials.
Resperion Solutions
IntegraBase
Resperion’s IntegraBase is a multi-metallic
catalyst (MMC) in asphalt soluble form. When mixed
with asphalt cement and aggregates, this catalyst
initiates a series of chemical reactions which ultimately
cross link the asphalt molecules and consume the catalyst;
this reaction creates an Organic Metallic Complex,
the strongest bond in all of Chemistry. The new higher-molecular-weight
materials created are extremely resistant to heat
and heavy loads. They also exhibit superior water
resistance and anti-stripping properties.
In a typical well-graded asphalt paving mix, IntegraBase
will increase the resilient modulus of the asphalt
material by approximately 50-75%. Rational pavement
design techniques confirm that base course layers
constructed with IntegraBase can be reduced in thickness
by up to 40%, while achieving an equal or greater
number of equivalent standard axle loads (ESAL’s)
as conventional materials. Since the cost of the materials
saved exceeds the cost of the MMC by a wide margin,
Resperion enables you to build the same road for less
money.

IntegraSoil
IntegraSoil enables the construction of hard-surfaced,
trafficable roadways in rural areas, forestry lands
and in developing countries, using only locally available
materials and light construction equipment. IntegraSoil
is ideal for use on road projects where cost is an
issue, or where supplies of road building materials
such as asphalt, tar, aggregate, fly ash, lime and
concrete are not locally available. When properly
added to soil, IntegraSoil creates a dense soil structure
that has superior resistance to water penetration,
erosion, wear, and weathering, while providing for
a high degree of stabilization with improved tensile
strength. If you are looking to build an extremely
durable road, construct a trail or path, or control
dust and erosion, IntegraSoil can get the job done.
IntegraSoil is a synergistic mixture of organic materials
specifically engineered and formulated to bond soil
particles together. IntegraSoil creates a three-dimensional
soil matrix resulting in enhanced stability and durability.
IntegraSeal reacts with naturally-occurring elements
found in soil fines; IntegraSoil reacts with these
elements to provide a cohesive reaction within the
soil, enhancing and improving the natural cementing
capability of soil. The result is a dense soul structure
that has superior resistance to water penetration,
deformation and erosion. IntegraSoil also forms a
protective film that eliminates dust, prevents mud
and controls erosion thereby providing a solution
to today’s challenging dust and erosion control
requirements.
There are numerous benefits from utilizing IntegraSoil,
including reduced construction costs, reduced construction
times, lower maintenance costs as well as the ability
to utilize on-site materials, eliminating the need
to import off-site materials.

IntegraSeal
IntegraSeal is a cost-effective and environmentally
friendly dust control composition that can be applied
onto a variety of soil or gravel surfaces to control
dust as well as to compact and stabilize the top or
base surface. Unlike most other chemical dust control
and soil stabilization products, IntegraSeal is 100%
organic, biodegradable, and causes neither toxic leaching
nor adversely affects vegetation, aquatic life or
other living organisms. IntegraSeal’s binding
agents penetrate and extend bonding into a surface,
such as gravel, by providing cohesion, preventing
sediment wash-out and increasing the load bearing
capacity of unpaved road surfaces.
IntegraSeal has rapidly become the natural, environmentally
safe alternative to Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride
and Polymers. IntegraSeal does not deposit toxic residues
in soils which is highly advantageous compared to
waste petroleum oil based compositions, or latex products
commonly used in dust control.
Applied to the surface of the soil, IntegraSeal forms
a protective layer that eliminates dust, prevents
mud, and controls erosion thereby providing a solution
to today's challenging dust and erosion control requirements.
IntegraSeal creates a stable matrix (depth varies
depending on type of application and performance requirements)
in the soil, resulting in enhanced stability and durability.
