CHEMCRETE USA, LLC USA ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO RESPERION

New Name Reflects the Company's Focus on Providing Superior Road Engineering Solutions, Diversified Business Direction and Future Brand Value

SAN MATEO, Calif., May 7, 2004 -- Chemcrete USA, LLC, today announced that it has changed its corporate name to Resperion, effective immediately. The new name reflects the company's focus of providing a wide range of road engineering solutions to governmental agencies and private organizations worldwide. The company has evolved significantly beyond its original purpose of a narrowly focused solution, and believed it was important to reflect that change in a new corporate name.

"Changing our corporate name to reflect this new brand was a natural move for the company," said Josh Benveniste, Chief Executive Officer of Resperion. "We wanted a name that reflected our new level of energy and commitment to delivering a breadth of solutions to an expanded customer base."

Benveniste continued, "The past few quarters have been an exciting period for the company as we continue to build momentum with customers around the globe; during this period we have achieved many new milestones including the rebuilding of the Kabul-Kandahar Highway in Afghanistan, solidification of a strong executive management team, and additions to our product portfolio."

Three products currently comprise the Resperion product family: IntegraBase, a multi-metallic catalyst (MMC) that increases the resilient modulus of asphalt cement, used in constructing high strength asphalt base courses; and IntegraSeal, also a multi-metallic catalyst, which is used to increase chip retention and skid resistance in surface dressings.

Another member of the Resperion product family is the newly created Resperion Solution Services, an internal group of consultants and engineers that provides pavement design, project design, product implementation and customization services on behalf of Resperion customers.

In addition to the name change, Resperion has also launched a new website, www.resperion.com.
